Returns and refunds

We pride ourselves in only choosing high quality products to sell. We are sure that you will find them fault free. As we pride ourselves on our product if you do come across a fault please contact us immediately on joanne@simplyspecial.co.nz and we will ensure to rectify the situation.

We will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please choose carefully before purchasing making sure that colours and sizing are correct. We are not able to accept the return of sale items, unless the item is faulty.

Postage and packaging cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. If you have bought an incorrect size we will happily exchange it, although postage costs will have to be covered by yourself.

We value your custom and will do all we can to ensure you are happy with our product range, all feedback is taken seriously.
